Help with getting my email from Outlook Express

We bought this computer but it doesn't have the Outlook Express on it, I am gnitnaw to get all of my emails from the old computer. Can someone tell if I can have Windows mail retrieve my emails from the old computer? Thanks

Copy the entire msg store from the old PC to eg Documents in Vista, then in WM Import You may aslo need the address book from the old PC, the *.wab file
