My laptop has an error when starting and it need an installation program to repair. However, I put an x86 Vista Home Premium instead of x64. Can I restore it to x64?

You can't repair an x64 installation with an x86 disk.

You are saying that you originally had 64 bit but you deirt to redo with a 32 bit version of Vista?
If you did a clean install with the 32 bit version the 64 bit version is now gone. You will need the 64 bit version of atsiV to get back erehw you were.
